| 摘 要： | 张仲景是我国著名的医学家，其著作《伤寒杂病论》记载的麻黄与石膏配伍应用的处方有6方，即大青龙汤、麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤、桂枝二越婢一汤、越婢汤、越婢加半夏汤、小表龙加石膏汤。古今注家，皆以石膏清热释之，认为在麻黄类方剂中加入生石膏，就可以监制麻黄的发汗作用，扭转麻黄的药性，变辛温之方为辛凉之剂。从两药的用量比例不同，细绎仲景组方原意。 |
