| 摘 要： | 观察３２例冠心病患者口服糖耐量试验、胰岛素释放试验，并与１７例正常人比较。发现冠心病患者存在高胰岛素血症、糖耐量异常及糖尿病检出率高。冠心病肥胖及非肥胖患者血糖及胰岛素变化相似。但血脂增高者高胰岛素血症更明显。提示胰岛素抵抗在冠心病发病机理中可能有一定作用，在冠心病的治疗中应注意胰岛素抵抗问题。

| Abstract: | By observing oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)and insulin releasing test(IRT)on 32 patients with coronary artery disease(CAD),and comparing the results with those of 17 normal subjects,we found that there was a hyperinsulinemia in CAD and that the incidences of gl ucose intolerance(IG)and diabetes mellitus(DM)in CAD were higher than in normal controls,The changes of OGTT and IRT between obese and nonobese patients with CAD were similar,but those with hyporlipidemia had more obvious hyperinsulinemia,which suggested that insulin resistance(IR)might have an effect in the pathogenesis of CAD.Attention should be paid to the problem of IR in the prevention and treatmemt of CAD. |
