摘 要: | 目的:研究黄芪总黄酮对失血性休克再灌注肝损伤的防护作用。方法:用家兔为实验对象,观察失血性休克再灌注后30min、2h、6h、24h转氨酶(GPT、GOT)和血气指标(pH、PCO2、PO2、HCO-3、TCO2、SBC)的改变以及滴注黄芪总黄酮(TFA)后的影响。结果:失血性休克再灌注后24h血浆GPT、GOT值升高明显,血气指标发生改变,而滴注TFA后可有效抑制因缺血再灌注引起的GPT、GOT的升高,血气指标的变化明显改善。结论:TFA作为一种抗氧化剂对失血性休克再灌注所致肝损伤有防护作用。

The protective effects of TFA on reperfusion induced hepatic injury in hemorrhagic shock |

Abstract: | AIM:To study the protective effects of TFA on reperfusion induced hepatic injury in hemorrhagic shock. METHODS:The experiments were performed with rabbits to determine the influence of reperfusion in hemorrhagic shock on GPT, GOT and blood gas, and to evaluate the role of TFA (Total Flavonoids of Astragalus). RESULTS:The increases of GPT, GOT and PO2 values of reperfusion rabbits were significantly higher than those of SHAM operation rabbits (GOT P<001,PO2 P<0001), and GPT, GOT and PO2 values in TFA rabbits were much lower than those in reperfusion rabbits (GPT, GOT P<001,PO2 P<0001). pH, HCO-3 and SBC values of reperfusion rabbits were distinctly lower than those of SHAM operation(P<005,P<005 and P<001), and they were higher in TFA rabbits than those in reperfusion rabbits(pH, SBC, P<005). CONCLUSION:Reperfusion could induce the changes of GPT, GOT and blood gas and TFA, as an antioxidant, could effectively prevent these changes. |
