神经生长因子治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床观察

目的对神经生长因子（NGF）在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果进行临床观察。方法63例重型颅脑损伤的患者分为NGF治疗组（n=33）和常规治疗对照组（13=30），观察治疗后患者生命体征、意识转归、CCS评分变化、伤后半年GOS评分情况。结果NGF治疗组的GCS评分从治疗第7天起明显好于对照组，伤后半年门诊随访GOS评分NGF治疗组（4．31±1．05）明显优于对照组（3．12±0．97）（P〈0．05），未观察到与NGF有关的药物不良反应。结论NGF对重型颅脑损伤患者的神经功能及改善预后起到明确、肯定的作用。

Clinical observation on curative effect of nerve growth factor in treatment of severe brain injury

Objective To assess the curative effects of nerve growth factor （NGF） in severe brain injury through clinical observation. Methods Ahogether 63 patients with severe brain injury were divided in two groups ： NGF group （ n = 33 ） and control group （ n = 30）. The patients in NGF group were treated with NGF for 28 days, and the other treatment was same as that of the control group. The clinical data, changes of consciousness, GCS and GOS in patients of these two groups were observed and compared with each other. Results Since seventh day of treatment, the GCS evaluation of NGF treatment group began to be much better than that of control group. According to GOS scoring of the tracking investigation in haft year ＇after injury, the scores in patients of NGF treatment group （4.31± 1.05 ） had been remarkably higher than those of control group （3.12 ±0.97） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No NGF related side reaction had been observed. Conclusion Early application of NGF can significantly accelerate the recovery of nervous function and improve the prognosis of patients with severe brain injury.
