云南省581名婴儿母乳喂养多因素分析

目的 :了解云南省 4个月时婴儿母乳喂养状况及影响母乳喂养的因素 .方法 :选取云南省 7个市(县 ) 4～ 12月婴儿进行调查 ,应用logist回归分析方法 ,对 5 81例婴儿影响母乳喂养的相关因素进行分析 .结果 :4个月时纯母乳喂养率 35 11% ,全母乳喂养率 4 3 0 5 % ,婴儿母乳喂养率主要与母亲年龄、文化、孕期喂养想法、产后开奶时间及出院后喂养麻烦及婴儿性别有关 .结论 :母亲孕期对母乳喂养有信心、产后早开奶、勤吸吮、按需喂哺等措施有利于提高母乳喂养率 .积极帮助母亲解决出院后的喂养麻烦 ,对母乳喂养有促进作用 .

Analysis of Multi-factors Impacting Breast Feeding in Yunnan Province

To find out breast feeding status of the infants at 4 months in Yunnan province and related impact factors. Methods: In the infants from 4 months to 1 2 months in 7 cities (counties) of Yunnan Province, 581 infants were picked out and investigated, and related factors impacting breast feeding were analyzed by means of logistic regression analysis. Results: the rate of single breast feedin g at 4 months was 35 11% which is related to maternal age, culture background, opinion of feeding, the first time of lactation ejection, the gender of infants etc. Conclusion: Maternal confidence in gestational period, early milk ejection postpartum, frequent sucking and feeding according to demand will make for enhan cing the rate of breast feeding.
