| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝外胆管损伤的原因与防治。方法回顾性分析6例肝外胆管损伤的原因、诊断与处理方法。结果6例肝外胆管损伤患者经早发现早处理痊愈出院。结论认识肝外胆管损伤的潜在因素，肝外胆管损伤后及早发现及时处理是治疗成功的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective discussing the cause and prevention of the exrahepatic bile duct injury. Method Retrospective analyzing the cause. diagnosis and treatment of six cases of the extrahepatic bile duct injury.Result The six patients with extrahepatic bile duct injury has been cured by early detection and treatment.Conclusion That recognizing the potential fact of extrahepatic bile duct injury and detecting and treating early is the key measure of successful cure. |
