老年心脏病患者心律失常109例分析

本文对156例老年心脏病患者的常规心电图进行了分析,发现心律失常109例,发生率为69.8％。其中冠心病患者发生室性早搏和房颤多见,占本组心律失常人数的56.7％。风心组、肺心组以房颤多见各占75％和66.6％。传导障碍以冠心组发生率最高占64.9％。异位节律合并传导障碍在冠心组19例、风心组5例,窦缓发生于冠心组13例。临床资料提示:老年人心律失常多发生于器质性心脏病的基础上,合并有肾功能减退及机体内环境紊乱,应引起注意。

ANALYSIS OF ARRHYTHMIA IN 109 AGED PATIENTS WITH HEART DISEASE

We analyzed electrocardiograms of 156 aged patients with heart disease The principle finding were the following the incidence of arrhythmia was Present in 69.8%. In the coronary heart disease group, ventricular premature and atrial fibrillation occured more commonly, both incidences being 56.7%. Rheumatic heart valvular disease group and cor pulmonale group were found often in association with atrial fibrillator, their incidences being 75% and 66.6% respectively Conduction disturbance developed more frequently in. cororary heart disease group 64.9%. Ectopie rhythm accompanied with conduction disturbance accounted for 19 cases in coronary heart disease, 5 cases in rheumatic heart valvular disease and 13 cases in sinus bradyeardia heart disease. Our results show that most of arrhythmia in the aged is referable to organic heart disease, and associated decreased renal function and homeosiatic disturbance are noteworthy.
