经外环小横切口治疗小儿鞘膜积液及小儿腹股沟斜疝

目的 探讨小儿鞘膜积液及小儿腹股沟斜疝的手术治疗方法.方法 对36例小儿鞘膜积液及24例小儿腹股沟斜疝应用经外环小横切口行鞘状突高位结扎术及疝囊高位结扎术进行总结分析.结果 60例患儿全部治愈,无一例复发,术后无手术瘢痕.结论 经外环小横切口治疗小儿鞘膜积液及小儿腹股沟斜疝,切口小、损伤小、疗效确切,值得推广.

Small transverse incision via outer ring in treatment of children with indirect inguinal hernia and children with hydrocele

Objective To explore the surgical treatment in children with hydrocele and the children with indirect inguinal hernia. Methods The chnical date of 36 children with hydrocele and 24 children with indirect inguinal hernia treated by high ligation of proeessus vaginalis and high hernia sac ligation small transverse incision via outer ring were summarized. Results All 60 children were cured, without recurrence and post-operative scar. Conclusion The small transverse incision via outer ring in treatment of children with hydrocele and indirect inguinal hernia, has advantages such as small incision, less damage and exact curative effect, and it is worth promoting.
