| 摘 要： | 准确可靠的检测方法是诊断胃Hpylofi感染和评价临床疗效的关键。按检测取材方式的不同可分为侵入性和非侵入性，前者包括微生物学方法、形态学检查、尿素酶依赖性试验，而后者包括血清免疫学、基因分子生物学检测、粪便Hpylori抗原检测等。

| Abstract: | A accurate and reliable detection method is the key to diagnosing gastric H pylori infection and valuing clinical therapeutic effect. According to the different ways of drawing materials H pylori detections can be divided into invasive and non-invasive methods, the former include microbiological method, morphologic examination, urease-dependent tests; the latter include serological, genetic molecular biology detection, feces H pylori antigen detection, and so on. |
