皮肤黏膜淋巴结综合征早期诊断探讨

目的探讨皮肤黏膜淋巴结综合征（MCLS）早期临床特点和诊断要点。方法对8例确诊为皮肤黏膜淋巴结综合征患儿的性别、年龄、发热天数、急性期血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白、血小板（PLT）、超声心动图等临床资料进行归纳分析。结果8例MCLS患儿有1例冠状动脉扩张，2例肛周红，3例血小板数显著增多，4例血沉明显增快。结论肛周红、冠状动脉扩张、血小板数增多、血沉增快均可作为早期有价值诊断MCLS的依据。

Discusson on the early diagnosis of mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical features and the early diagnosis of mueoeutaneous lymph node syndrome. Methods The clinical data of eight babies who were diagnosed as mueocutaneous lymph node syndrome,including gender, age, fever days, ESR, C-reactive protein, PLT and Echocardiography and so on were analyzed. Results Among these babies coronary artery dilatation were found in I case, perianal red in 2 cases, significant increase of platelet count in 3 cases and significant faster of ESR in 4 cases. Conclusion Coronary artery dilatation, perianal red, significant increase in platelet count and significant faster of ESR can be considered as the valuable basis of the early diagnosis of mueocntaneous lymph node syndrome.
