苓桂术甘汤配合针灸治疗痰饮的临床观察

目的观察苓桂术甘汤配合针灸治疗痰饮的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用苓桂术甘汤配合针灸治疗，对照组采用西药治疗。结果中药治疗组的痊愈率（63．3％）和总有效率（96．7％）均显著高于西药对照组（分别为16．9％和76．7％），中药治疗组的疗效显著优于西药对照组（uc=3．865，P〈0．01）。结论苓桂术甘汤配合针灸治疗痰饮有显著疗效。

Clinical observation on lingguishugan decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of the disease of phlegm and fluid

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of lingguishugan decoction combined with aeupuneture in the treatment of the disease of phlegm and fluid. Methods Sixty patients with disease of phlegm and fluid were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in treatment were treated with lingguishugan decoction combined with acupuncture, the patients in control group were treated with western medicine. Results The curative rate in treatment group was 63. 3% ,that in control group was 16. 9%. The total effective rate in treatment group was 96. 7%, that in control group was 76.7%. The therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than that of control greup（uc = 3.865 ,P 〈0. 01 ） . Conclusion Lingguishugan decoction combined with acupuncture has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of disease of phlegm and fluid.
