补片在前盆底重建术中的应用价值

目的研究补片在前盆底重建术中的应用价值。方法采用经闭孔无张力聚丙烯补片前盆底重建手术对60例阴道前壁脱垂患者进行治疗,采用PFDI-20量表对其生活质量进行评价。结果手术有效率为100％,术后尿失禁症状均显著改善,生活质量明显提高。术后随访1年未见复发病例。结论经闭孔无张力聚丙烯补片前盆底重建手术结合TOT术治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量。

The application of mesh in anterior pelvic floor reconstruction surgery

Objective To study the value of mesh in anterior pelvic floor reconstruction surgery. Methods Anterior pelvic floor reconstruction surgery using transobturator tension-free propene polymer mesh was performed in 60 patients with anterior vaginal prolapse and PFDI-20 was used to evaluate the life quality. Results Efficacy rate was 100%, and symptom of urinary incontinence and life quality were improved. There was no recurrence in 1 year. Conclusion Anterior pelvic floor reconstruction surgery using transobturator tension-free propene polymer mesh combined with transobturator inside-out tension-free vaginal tape surgery can effectively improve the symptom of urinary incontinence and life qulity.
