美托洛尔联合地高辛治疗心衰伴房颤临床观察

目的 观察小剂量美托洛尔联合地高辛治疗心力衰竭（简称心衰）伴快速型房颤的疗效和安全性.方法 对60例有器质性心脏病的房颤患者随机分为两组,对照组常规应用利尿、扩管、地高辛治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用小剂量美托洛尔治疗.治疗3个月后分别对两组患者心功能、心室率及左室射血分数（LVEF）进行比较分析.结果 治疗组在减慢心室率、改善心功能和提高LVEF均优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 小剂量美托洛尔联合地高辛治疗可安全、有效地控制心衰.快速型房颤患者可改善其心室率及心功能.

The clinical observation of matoprolol combined digoxin in the treatment of heart failure patients with atrial fibrillation

Objective To observe the efficiency and safety on low-dose metoprolol combined with digoxin in the treatment of heart failure with rapid atrial fibrillation. Methods Sixty patients with atrial fibrillation and organic heart disease were randomly divided into the treatment group （n =30） and the control group （n =30）, the control group were treated by the conventional diuresis, blood vessel dilatation medicine and digoxin, the treatment group were treated by small dosage metoprolol treatment on the foundation of above treatment, and after three months, the data of two groups of patients were compared and analysed on cardiac function, ventrieular rate and left ventrieular ejection fraction （LVEF）. Results The treatment group was better than the control group on reducing ventricle rate, improving cardiac function and enhancing LVEF （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Small dosage metoprolol combined the digoxin can safely, efficiently reduce ventricular rate and improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure and rapid atrial fibrillation.
