中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效分析

目的评价中药灌肠复合抗生素和中药外敷法复合抗生素二种方法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将390例临床诊断为慢性盆腔炎的患者随机分为三组，治疗1组采用中药灌肠复合抗生素；治疗2组采用中药外敷法复合抗生素，对照组单纯采用抗生素对照治疗。比较各组治愈率和总有效率。结果治疗1个疗程结束后，治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组的治愈率分别为43．85％、40．77％和26．92％，总有效率分别为82．31％、77．69％和60．77％；治疗2个疗程结束后，治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组的治愈率分别为66．15％、64．62％和47．69％，总有效率分别为94．62％、93．85％和79．23％。与对照组比较，治疗1组和治疗2组经1～2个疗程的治疗后，其治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论中药灌肠复合抗生素和中药外敷法复合抗生素二种方法治疗慢性盆腔炎都有较好治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy analysis of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation treated with enema with Chinese herbal medicine combined with antibiotics or external application of Chinese herbal medicine combined with antibiotics. Methods Three hundred and ninety patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into three groups. The 1st treatment group received an enema with Chinese herbal medicine combined with antibiotics; the 2nd treatment group were treated with external application of Chinese herbal medicine combined with antibiotics; the control group were treated with antibioties singly. The cure rate, total effective rate between three groups were compared by usingX2 test. Results After the end of one course of treatment, the cure rate of 1st treatment group, 2nd treatment group and control group were 43.85%, 40. 77% and 26. 92%, and the total effective rate was 82. 31%, 77.69% and 60. 77%, respectively; After the end of two course of treatment, the cure rate of 1st treatment group, 2nd treatment group and control group was 66. 15%, 64. 62% and 47. 69%, the total effective rate was 94. 62%, 93. 85% and 79. 23%, respectively. Compared with the control group, the cure rate and total effective rate of 1st treatment group and 2nd treatment group were significantly higher after 1 to 2 courses of treatment （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of enema with Chinese herbal medicine combined with antibiotics or external application of Chinese herbal medicine combined with antibiotics has significant efficacy in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation and deserves to be promoted in clinical application.
