CTA成像技术对颅内动脉瘤诊断价值及研究进展

摘    要:颅内动脉瘤是引起非外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血最常见的原因.颅内动脉瘤再次破裂后病人的病死率上升,因此如何对其进行早期诊断成为临床医生关心的问题.近年来,随着CTA、DSA等检查技术的发展,颅内动脉瘤的检出率有所增加.目前,CTA作为相对无创的检查方法,在颅内动脉瘤诊断方面起重要作用.该文将综述CTA成像技术对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值及相关研究进展.

Diagnosis value and research progress of CTA imaging techniques in intracranial aneurysms

Abstract:Intracranial aneurysms are the most common causes of non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Mortality will increase if intracranial aneurysms rupture again, so early diagnosis is very important for clinician. More and more intracranial aneurysms were detected by computed tomography angiography (CTA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA). As a noinvasive technique, CTA is important in diagnosing intracranial aneurysms. This article will review diagnosis value and research progress of the CTA imaging techniques.
