血清尿酸非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与冠状动脉病变的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨尿酸 (UA)及血清非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的关系.方法 对326例疑诊冠心病(CHD)患者进行冠状动脉造影(CAG),将冠状动脉造影结果阴性者160例作为对照组,冠状动脉造影结果阳性者166例作为冠心病组.对两组患者的血脂、尿酸进行比较,并将冠心病组按病变程度分为单支、双支、三支病变组,进行血清UA、non-HDL-C结果比较. 结果 冠心病组UA和non-HDL-C高于非冠心病对照组(P〈0.05).冠状动脉病变支数越多,血清UA、non-HDL-C水平越高,以三支病变组升高最为明显,与单支病变组、双支病变组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 血清non-HDL-C、UA水平与冠状动脉硬化严重程度呈正相关,non-HDL-C比LDL-C对CAD的发生有更好的预测评价作用,高水平UA可能是导致CHD的危险因素.

Relationship between serum uric acid,non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum and coronary artery disease

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the uric acid, non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDL-C) in serum and the extents of lesion on coronary arteris. Methods Three hundred and twenty-six suspected coronary artery disease(CAD) patients underwent coronary angiography (CAG) were evaluated. Control group (n = 160) was negative in CAG, CAD group (n = 166)was positive in CAG. The uric acid and non-HDL- C between two group were compared, and furthermore CAD group diagnosised by CAG was divided into single branch group and two or three branches group by disease degree, also their uric acid and non-HDL-C among these groups were compared. Results The levels of serum uric acid, and non-HDL-C in CAD group were higher than that of the control group(P 〈0. 05). With the increased severity of coronary stenosis, their levers increased. Their increase in the three-vessel group was the highest. The levels of uric acid and non-HDL-C in serum in the three-vessel group was higher eompaired with single branch and two branch groups (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion A positive correlation exists between the level of serum UA , non-HDL-C in serum and the severity of coronary atherosclerosis. Non-HDL-C can more effectively predict and evaluate the occurrence of CHD than LDL-C;high serum UA might be a risk factor for CHD.
