| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经左胸腔及经腹贲门癌手术优缺点。方法回顾性分析164例贲门癌患者的临床资料,根据手术路径不同将患者随机分为两组,比较两组患者的疗效差异。结果两组患者的吻合口瘘、切口感染及围手术期死亡的发生几率之间,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;但经左胸腔切口组患者的肺部感染的发生几率明显高于经腹切口组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。经左胸腔切口组平均清扫淋巴结数为10.9枚,与经腹切口组16.2枚比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;但两组患者的1年生存率及3年生存率比较分析,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论临床上要根据患者的具体情况和病变部位选择合适的手术路径,以便于彻底根治肿瘤,减少术后并发症,延长患者的生存时间。
