低分子肝素对不稳定型心绞痛血浆内皮素的影响

目的：观察低分子肝素对不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）血浆内皮素（ET）的影响。方法：UAP60例随机分为低分子肝素（32例）和生理盐水对照治疗组（28例），两组基础治疗相同，疗程均为10天，观察治疗前后血浆ET的变化，并与健康人比较。结果：低分子肝素组和对照治疗组血浆ET均比健康对照组显著升高（P＜0．01），前两组间比较则无显著差异（P＞0．05）；治疗后和治疗前对比，两组血浆ET均显著下降，低分子肝素组P＜0．005，对照治疗组P＜0．01；两组治疗后比较，低分子肝素组血浆ET水平比对照治疗组降低更为显著（P＜0．05）。结论：低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛能够明显降低血浆内皮素。

Effect of Low Molecular Weight heparin on plasma endothelin in unstable angina

OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of Low Molecular Weight(LMw) heparin on plasma endothelin in unstable angina.METHOD:Sixty patients with unstable angina were randomized to take LMW heparin (n=32, group A) 0.4ml, iH, bid. and to 0.9% Inj.Natrii Chloridi Fortis(n=28 group B) on the basis of conventional treatment, for 10 days.To observe the change of plasma endothelin before and after treatment,and compare with normal control group including 30 health peoples(group C).RESULTS:Before treatment the plasma endothelin of group A and B were significantly higher than group C (p<0.01).There was of no significantly difference (p>0.05)between group A and B. After treatment, the plasma endothelin were reduced in group A (p<0.005) and group B (p<0.01).The reduction in group A was significantly than that in group B (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:LMW heparin may profoundly reduced plasma endothelin in the patients with unstable angina.
