| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Fogarty动脉取栓导管治疗急性动脉栓塞的手术时机和疗效。方法：总结我院自2006年4月~2010年2月采用Fogarty动脉取栓导管治疗46例急性动脉栓塞患者的临床资料。结果：急诊手术46例患者,术后42例肢体恢复好,2例术后因足部缺血坏死行肢体截除术,围手术期死亡2例。结论：极早的诊断及相应的治疗措施是治疗急性动脉栓塞和保肢成功的关键,采用Fogarty动脉取栓导管治疗急性动脉栓塞,并结合术中术后抗凝药物的综合治疗,是目前最为有效的治疗方法。
