| 摘 要： | 目的：观察奥曲肽联合氟尿嘧啶治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法：56例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组（对照组和治疗组）,对照组给予奥曲肽治疗,治疗组采用奥曲肽联合氟尿嘧啶治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率高于对照组（657.5〈0.05）,治疗组体征消退的时间明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组促炎因子TNF-α、IL-6和CRP的水平明显减低（P〈0.05）。治疗期间,患者未发生严重不良反应。结论：奥曲肽和氟尿嘧啶治疗重症急性胰腺炎具有协同作用,两者联合治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效显著,安全可靠。
