| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨螺旋CT三维表面遮盖法重建（SSD）和二维多方位重组（MPR）对骨关节复杂骨折的显示具有临床应用的价值。方法：对50例骨折急诊病人中发现的12例骨关节复杂骨折病例,均用三维表面遮盖法重建（SSD）和二维多方位重组（MPR）进行重组处理,所得SSD及MPR图像传输到PACS系统供骨科医生参考,主治医生结合骨折损伤程度进行术前前瞻性评价。结果：通过3D工具后处理,能清楚立体显示骨关节复杂骨折走行、分离程度,移位方向及骨折片的数目、大小位置等,骨科医生全方位观察骨关节损伤情况,手术最佳入路、钢板固定最佳位置均一目了然。结论：螺旋CT对骨关节复杂骨折的清晰显示,通过3D图像的临床应用,对骨科整复手术的术式、固定位置等有着较直观、准确的指导意义。
