| 摘 要： | 目的：研究腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切术的可行性、优越性及临床应用价值。方法：对48例子宫肌瘤、腺肌病、功能性子宫出血患者采取腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切术。结果：48例患者全部手术成功,无1例中转开腹,无临近脏器损伤,无1例感染。结论：腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切术拓展了子宫全切术的适应证,具有安全性高、损伤性小、术后恢复快的优点,是值得提倡的子宫全切手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the feasibility,advantage and clinical value of laparoscopic assistant vaginal total hysterectomy.Methods:Retrospective research was carried out on clinical data of 48 patients with uterine myoma,adenomyosis and dysfunctional uterine bleeding.All patients were treated by laparoscopic assistant vaginal total hysterectomy.Result:48 patients were successfully treated by transvaginal surgery,without any one transformed to ventrotomy and any trauma of adjacent organs.The average time of surg... |
