| 摘 要： | 目的：观察核心蛋白聚糖（decorin）在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况,探讨decorin与喉鳞状细胞癌发生发展的关系与临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法（S-P法）对30例低分化喉鳞状细胞癌、24例高分化喉鳞状细胞癌进行decorin蛋白表达的检测,并与14例癌旁正常喉组织中decorin表达进行比较。结果：decorin主要表达在基质部分,decorin蛋白在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中呈阳性表达,而在癌旁正常组织中表达缺失。Decorin在低分化喉鳞状细胞癌组织中呈高表达,表达的阳性率为86.6%,在高分化喉鳞状细胞癌组织中呈中表达,表达的阳性表达率为70.8%,两者之间存在显著性差异（χ2=12.191,P〈0.01）。decorin在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达与临床分期和病理分级有关（P〈0.05）,与患者的年龄、肿瘤位置、T分期及淋巴结转移无关（P〉0.05）。结论：decorin在喉鳞状细胞癌基质中的表达明显升高,推测decorin在细胞外基质中的改变对于喉鳞状细胞癌肿瘤细胞侵袭可能具有重要作用。
