全自动微板法筛查献血者Rh血型D抗原的检测方法

目的建立全自动微板法快速检测献血者Rh(D)血型的方法。方法用试管法从已知阳性标本筛出±凝集效果标本8份、已知阴性标本4份作为试验标本,采用多因素水平正交试验确定凝集反应最佳条件组合,尽量使弱凝集和阴性凝集外观表现明显区分开,将D抗原性较弱的标本尽可能以较强的凝集表现出来。结果采用此法筛查无偿献血者标本80 394人份,所得阴性标245份均进行经典试管法确证试验,与微板法的符合率为98.8%。结论全自动微板法可用于献血者Rh血型D抗原的检测。

Method for Determining Rh(D) Antigen Blood Groups in Blood Donors with Full-automatic Microplate Technique

Objective To establish a method for rapidly determining Rh(D) antigen blood groups in blood donors with full-automatic microplate technique. Methods 4 negative and 8 weak positive samples verified by the classic tube techniques were used by the methods of multiple level orthogenal design to find a best testing condition for agglomoration reaction in order to distinguish weak positive from negative samples and ensure weak positive sample having apparent agglomoration. Result Using the full-automatic microplate technique,it showed that 99.8% blood samples among 80394 cases of blood donors with full-automatic microplate technique gave a correct result as compared with classical tube techniques. Conclusion The full-automatic microplate technique can be used for Rh blood group testing among blood donors.
