| 摘 要： | 目的 修订风寒湿灵散的质量控制方法。方法 采用薄层色谱（TLC）法对处方中狼毒、白芷、三七、赤芍、姜黄等药材进行定性鉴别；采用HPLC法测定处方中欧前胡素的含量。结果 在TLC色谱中，可鉴别制剂中的狼毒、白芷、三七、赤芍、姜黄；欧前胡素在0.033 6~0.269 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r值为0.999 9；样品中欧前胡素的平均加样回收率为96.77%（RSD为1.63%）。结论 此方法简便、准确性好，为控制风寒湿灵散的质量提供了科学依据。
