调神益肾针刺法治疗心肾不交型失眠30例疗效观察

目的] 比较调神益肾针刺法与常规西药治疗心肾不交型失眠患者的临床疗效差异。方法] 将60例心肾不交型失眠患者随机分为调神益肾针刺组、西药组，采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）量表于治疗前后对两组患者进行评分，参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则（试行）》判断临床疗效。结果] 两组患者治疗后PSQI评分均降低，治疗前后具有统计学差异（P<0.05），调神益肾针刺组较西药组评分降低更加显著（P<0.05）。调神益肾组、西药组总有效率分别为96.7%、76.7%。结论] 调神益肾针刺法治疗心肾不交型失眠安全有效，疗效明显优于口服艾司唑仑。

Curative effect observation of 30 cases insomnia with heart yang kidney yin incoordination by regulating spirit and tonifying kidney acupuncture method

Objective] To compare the clinical efficacy regulating spirite and tonifying kidney acupuncture method and conventional Western medicine in treating insomnia with heart yang kidney yin incoordination. Methods] The 60 cases of insomnia with heart yang kidney yin incoordination were randomly divided into acupuncture group and the Western medicine group, Two groups of patients were evaluated before and after treatment using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI). The clinical efficacy was judged by reference to the guidelines for the clinical study of Chinese medicine new drugs (trial). Results] There was statistical difference before and after treatment(P<0.05). The lower score of acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of the Western medicine group(P<0.05). Conclusion] The therapy of regulating spirit and tonifying kidney acupuncture method is safe and effective in treating insomniacs with heart yang kidney yin incoordination, and is better than that of oral estazolam.
