前置胎盘伴胎盘植入腹主动脉球囊预置术剖宫产的围手术期护理

目的 探讨提高前置胎盘伴胎盘植入腹主动脉球囊预置术剖宫产围手术期护理质量的措施。方法 回顾2016年10月至2017年6月南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁市人民医院产科收治的16例前置胎盘伴胎盘植入产妇的临床资料，总结分析该治疗方法的临床效果以及相应的护理措施。结果 经过治疗与悉心护理，16例母婴安全出院，其中14例得以保留子宫，2例子宫切除。术后无感染、肝肾功能损害、下肢深静脉血栓等严重并发症发生。 结论 前置胎盘伴胎盘植入采用腹主动脉球囊预置术剖宫产可以有效减少术中出血及输血量，降低子宫切除率；围手术期有效护理措施对促进产妇康复，保证母婴安全同样重要。

Perioperative nursing for the patients with placenta previa complicated with placenta accrete receiving temporary balloon occlusion of the distal abdominal aorta

Objective To explore the measures of perioperative care quality improvementfor the patients with placenta previa complicated with placenta accrete who received cesarean section and temporary balloon occlusion of the distal abdominal aorta.Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of placenta previa with placenta accreta from October 2016 to June 2017 were collected. The clinical effects and corresponding nursing measures of the treatment were summarized. Results Of the 16 cases who discharged safely, 14 patients retained the uterus successfully during caesarean section with2 patients receiving hysterectomy during caesarean section . No serious complications such as infection, liver and kidney dysfunction, deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities occured. Conclusion The use of perioperative temporary balloon occlusion of the distal abdominal aorta in patients with placenta previa complicated with placenta accrete can reduce the volumes of intraoperative blood loss and transfusion, as well as the rate of hysterectomy. Effective perioperative care measures are equally important for promoting maternal rehabilitation and ensuring maternal and child safety.
