| 摘 要： | 三氧自体血疗法（ozonated autohemotherapy，O3-AHT）专家共识由中华医学会麻醉学分会疼痛学组、中国医师协会麻醉医师分会和中国民族医药学会疼痛分会三氧学组专家编写。依据为2018年10月前发表的临床研究并基于循证医学标准，发布三氧自体血疗法绝对禁忌证、相对禁忌证、适应证、效果不确定疾病、正在研究疗效和安全性的疾病、不建议开展的疾病等。介绍了O3-AHT主要风险、安全性、副作用及并发症，并就操作技术进行规范。

| Abstract: | The expert consensus on ozonated autohemotherapy (O3-AHT) is developed by experts from Chinese Society of Anesthesiology Committee for Pain Medicine, Chinese Association of Anesthesiology and Chinese Medical Association of Minorities Committee for Ozone Medicine . Based on the clinical researches published before October 2018 and standards for evidence-based medicine, the expert consensus describes the contraindications, indications, risks, safety, side effects, complications of O3-AHT as well as its operation process. |
