临床药师参与多学科综合治疗的SWOT分析

摘 要 目的：探索临床药师参与多学科综合治疗的发展策略。方法: 通过SWOT分析，对临床药师参与多学科综合治疗（MDT）的优势、劣势及其所面临的机遇与挑战进行阐述，探索临床药师参与MDT发展的思路与对策。结果:临床药师参与MDT的优势 机遇发展策略为认真贯彻政策指导精神，发挥临床药师参与MDT的优势；优势 威胁发展策略为明确自身定位，积极培养沟通技巧；劣势 机遇发展策略为提高自身业务水平，紧跟药学服务转型的需求；劣势 威胁发展策略为明确自身定位，积极加入MDT团队，协助临床医师合理用药。结论:临床药师参与MDT团队，是新形势对临床药师发展的要求，需要临床药师充分利用自身优势与机遇，克服威胁与劣势。

SWOT Analysis on Clinical Pharmacists Participating in Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Treatment

ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the development strategy of clinical pharmacists in multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment (MDT). Methods: The development strategy was explored by systematically analyzing the strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O) and threats (T) of clinical pharmacists in MDT. Results: The strengths opportunities development strategy was to carry out policy guidance conscientiously and give full play to the advantages of clinical pharmacist in MDT; the strengths threats development strategy was to identify self positioning and actively cultivate communication skills; the weaknesses opportunities development strategy was to improve business level and follow the demand of pharmaceutical service transformation; the weaknesses threats development strategy was to identify themselves, actively participate in MDT and help with rational drug use.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists participating in MDT team is a new situation for the development of clinical pharmacists. It is necessary for the clinical pharmacists to make full use of their advantages and opportunities to overcome the threats and disadvantages.
