阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液在宫颈LEEP环形电切术中的应用价值

探讨在宫颈LEEP环形电切术中,阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液作用时长与麻醉止血镇痛作用的关系及安全性。回顾性分析我院妇产科确诊收治的宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINI-II)患者120例患者临床资料,采用单盲法随机将患者分为0~30秒组、30~60秒组、60~90秒组、90~120秒组、120~150秒组、150~180秒组共6小组。观察统计并比较6组患者临床止血与麻醉镇痛效果,并对用药后不良反应情况进行比较。在宫颈LEEP环形电切术中,用药阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液120~180秒后再行LEEP术具有较好的术中止血与麻醉镇痛效果,对于该类药物的临床应用具有借鉴价值。

Application value of Articaine Hydrochloride and Epinephrine Tartrate Injection in cervical LEEP loop electrosurgical excision procedure

To explore the relationship and safety between the duration of actetracaine adrenergic injection and the analgesic effect of anaesthesia in the operation of cervical LEEP loop electrotomy. The clinical data of 120 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CINI II) diagnosed and treated in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into 0-30 second group, 30-60 second group, 60-90 second group, 90-120 second group, 120-150 second group and 150-180 second group by single blind method. Observe and compare the clinical effects of hemostasis and analgesia in 6 groups, and compare the adverse reactions after administration. LEEP injection after 120-180 seconds has good intraoperative hemostasis and analgesic effect in the operation of cervical LEEP loop electrotomy, which has reference value for the clinical application of this drug.
