2016-2018年南京脑科医院抗精神病药的使用情况分析

目的 探讨2016-2018年南京脑科医院抗精神病药物的使用情况与发展趋势。方法 采用回顾性研究方法对南京脑科医院2016-2018年抗精神病药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）、排序比（B/A）等进行统计分析。结果 抗精神病药物的使用金额逐年增长，奥氮平的销售金额和DDDs稳居第1位，DDDs排前5位的均为第2代抗精神病药，排序也几乎没有变化。大部分DDC较高品种的DDC均有下降趋势。对于低价品种氯氮平、奋乃静等，则DDC略有上涨；70%以上品种B/A接近1。结论 第2代抗精神病药依然是临床医生的首要选择，特别是奥氮平、阿立哌唑、喹硫平、利培酮和氯氮平。

Analysis on utilization of antipsychotic drugs in Nanjing Brain Hospital from 2016 to 2018

Objective To evaluate the utilization and tendency of antipsychotic drugs in Nanjing Brain Hospital from 2016 to 2018. Methods The use of antipsychotic drugs in Nanjing Brain Hospital from 2016 to 2018 were analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum, frequency of drug use (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and drug sequence ratio (B/A), etc. Results Consumption sum of antipsychotic drugs increased year by year. Consumption sum and DDDs of olanzapine ranked the first. DDDs of the second generation were ranked the top 5, and the order had barely changed. DDC of antipsychotic drugs with higher DDC had the tendency of decline. For clozapine and perphenazine with lower DDC, their DDC rised slightly. B/A of 70% antipsychotic drugs were close to 1. Conclusion The second generation antipsychotic drugs is still the primary choice for clinicians, especially olanzapine, aripiprazole, quetiapine, risperidone, and clozapine.
