动静脉内瘘侧与非动静脉内瘘侧上肢脉搏血氧饱和度监测结果的比较

目的 探讨动静脉内瘘侧与非动静脉内瘘侧上肢脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）的差异。方法 抽取2017年8月至2018年4月于南京医科大学第一附属医院老年血液净化中心曾行动静脉内瘘手术的患者65例，同时监测其动静脉内瘘侧与非动静脉内瘘侧上肢血氧饱和度。结果 动静脉内瘘侧与非动静脉内瘘侧上肢脉搏血氧饱和度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 动静脉内瘘侧上肢的SpO2值高于非动静脉内瘘侧上肢的SpO2值，因此动静脉内瘘术后患者在监测脉搏血氧饱和度过程中应尽量避免在术侧上肢监测，以保证所测数据准确，能够正确反映患者的血氧饱和度情况，从而为观察病情变化提供可靠依据，以免延误对病情的观察。

Comparison on monitoring results of the limb saturation of pulse oxygen in arteriovenous fistula and the limb saturation of pulse oxygen in non-arteriovenous fistula

Objective To discuss the difference of pulse oxygen saturation between limb with arteriovenous fistula and limb with non-arteriovenous fistula.Methods Sixty-five patients received arteriovenous fistula operation in Aged Blood Purification Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from August 2017 to April 2018 were extracted to participate the SpO2 test simultaneously. Results The limb saturation of pulse oxygen in arteriovenous fistula and in non-arteriovenous fistula was significantly different .Conclusions In the process of monitoring pulse oxygen saturation, patients with arteriovenous fistula should avoid monitoring the side of the upper limb as far as possible to ensure the accuracy of the measured data and reflect the patient''s blood oxygen saturation correctly.
