我国医联体研究论文的元分析

为了解国内医联体研究的发展现状，作者采用文献计量学的方法对中国期刊全文数据库中医联体研究的论文进行统计分析。结果显示，2013年至今，医联体已成为卫生服务研究的热点问题，医联体研究发文量快速增长。医学院校为研究的主要力量群体；医联体研究受到了国家级科研项目的关注，省市级和地方关注力度较弱。根据布拉德福定律和普赖斯定律，目前国内医联体研究的核心期刊和核心作者群尚未形成，影响力和权威性有限，论文质量有待提高。结论 建议拓展医联体研究的角度和方法，应用心理学、社会学、现象学等学科理论来探讨医联体和分级诊疗对多方利益相关者带来的影响，可对医联体模式下医疗卫生资源配置和人员流动问题提出合理的解释和建议。

A meta analysis of the research papers of Medical Consortium in China

In order to understand the current development of Medical Association Research in China, bibliometric method was used to analyze the papers published in Chinese Journal Full Text Database. Medical Union has become a hot issue in the research of health services since 2013 with the number of Medical Association Research increasing rapidly. Medical colleges and universities have been the main force for the researches. Medical Association researches have been supported by national research projects. However, the interest in provincial, municipal and local governments was still in the low level. According to Brad Ford''s law and Price''s law, the team of domestic core journals and authors have not been established yet. The academic influence is limited which should be improved Therefore, we should expand conjoined research angles and methods and apply the theories of psychology, sociology and phenomenologyto explore the conjoined and grading treatment related to the impact of stakeholders and offer the reasonable explanations and suggestions for the management of population and health resources.
