拓扑异构酶抑制剂放射增敏作用研究进展

摘    要:拓扑异构酶抑制剂作为抗肿瘤化疗药物应用于临床,其放射增敏作用逐渐被人们所认识,成为放疗增敏剂中的重要一类。目前更多的拓扑异构酶抑制剂衍生物正处于基础研究及临床试验阶段,多项研究显示可能成为潜在理想的放射增敏剂,但其临床应用的理化性质、毒性作用及增敏效果仍需进一步深入研究。

Abstract:As anticancer drugs, topoisomerase inhibitors have been widely used in clinical practice, and their radiosensitivity has been gradually recognized. Many topoisomerase inhibitors are currently in pre-clinical and clinical studies. Several studies have shown that some topoisomerase inhibitors may be potential ideal radiosensitizers. However, the physico-chemical properties, toxicity and sensitization effects should be further investigated.
