双腔心脏起搏器治疗慢性心律失常患者心功能的效果观察

摘    要:探讨植入双腔心脏起搏器治疗慢性心律失常患者的临床效果。选取本院实施心脏起搏器植入治疗的64例患者进行观察,其中32例采用双腔起搏器植入(双腔组)、另外32例患者采用单腔起搏器植入治疗(单腔组),比较两组治疗前后的心功能、血流动力学等指标。治疗后,双腔组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF%)(59.5±5.2)%、心排量(CO)(4.20±0.4)L/min、心脏指数(CI)(2.57±0.28)L/min/m2高于单腔组(P<0.05),血浆脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)(258.4±97.2)pg/mL、左房内径(LA)(3.62±0.11)cm、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)(2.86±0.13)cm、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)(4.52±0.18)cm低于单腔组(P<0.05);治疗后,双腔组患者的收缩压(SBP)(131.7±9.4)mmHg、舒张压(DBP)(72.5±7.0)mmHg、平均动脉压(MAP)(93.6±6.2)mmHg高于单腔组(P<0.05)。植入双腔心脏起搏器治疗慢性心律失常患者能进一步改善患者的心率、心功能及血流动力学指标。

Abstract:To investigate the clinical effect of implantation of double cavity cardiac pacemaker in the treatment of chronic arrhythmia patients.64 cases of cardiac pacemaker implantation were studied in our hospital, of which 32 cases were implanted with double cavity pacemaker implantation (double chamber group), and the other 32 patients were treated with single cavity pacemaker implantation (single chamber group), and the indexes of heart function and hemodynamics before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.After treatment, LVEF% (59.5±5.2)%, CO (4.20±0.4) L/min, and CI (2.57±0.28) L/min/m2 were higher in the two-chamber group than in the single-lumen group (P<0.05).Plasma NT-proBNP (258.4±97.2) pg/mL, LA (3.62±0.11) cm, LVESD (2.86±0.13) cm, and LVEDD (4.52±0.18) cm were lower than single-lumen groups (P<0.05);After treatment, SBP (131.7 ± 9.4) mmHg, DBP (72.5 ± 7.0) mmHg, and MAP (93.6 ± 6.2) mmHg were higher in the two-chamber group than in the single-lumen group (P<0.05).Patients with chronic arrhythmia can further improve the heart rate, cardiac function and hemodynamic indexes in patients with chronic arrhythmia.
