小组干预模式对癌症患者家庭照顾者生活质量及焦虑抑郁的影响

目的 探讨小组干预对癌症患者家庭照顾者生活质量及焦虑抑郁的影响。方法 选取海门市人民医院肿瘤科2015年5月至2017年4月入院的癌症患者的主要照顾者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为干预组（40人）和对照组（40人）。对照组给予常规健康教育，干预组在常规健康教育的基础上采用小组干预模式。分别采用WHO生存质量测定量表简表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表于患者入院和出院时对两组癌症患者家庭照顾者的生活质量及焦虑抑郁进行调查。结果 干预组癌症患者照顾者在心理领域、社会领域、总体感受的生活质量得分高于对照组 (P＜0.05)；干预组焦虑、抑郁得分均低于对照组（P0.01）。结论 小组干预能够提高癌症患者家庭照顾者在心理领域、社会领域、总体感受的生活质量，同时也可改善该群体的焦虑、抑郁水平。

Effects of group intervention model on life quality, anxiety and depression of caregivers for cancer patients

Objective To explore the effects of group intervention model on the life quality, anxiety and depression of caregivers for cancer patients. Methods Eighty caregivers of cancer patients were selected from May 2015 to April 2017 were divided into intervention group (n=40) and control group (n=40) in accordance with the random number table. Conventional nursing was performed in control group compared with the patients received group intervention model nursing. WHOQOL-BREF, SAS and SDS scales were used to evaluate family caregivers before and after intervention. Results The scores of physiological, psychological, social and life quality of the caregivers in intervention group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05); the scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Group intervention can not only improve the family caregivers of cancer patients in the physical, psychological, socialand quality of life, but also eliminate the anxiety and depression of them.
