| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对国产薏苡仁和泰国薏苡仁五段DNA条形码序列的比较，探索两者的亲缘关系，为其基因型上的差别提供佐证。方法：采用聚合酶链式反应（PCR）扩增两种薏苡仁的ITS2、psbA-trnH、rbcL、matK和ITS五段保守基因，并对其PCR产物进行测序和比对。结果：五段基因的PCR扩增和测序成功率均为100%，且国产薏苡仁与泰国薏苡仁的五段基因序列无位点差异。结论：国产薏苡仁与泰国薏苡仁的亲缘关系极近，或可一定程度上替代国产薏苡仁。

Comparison of two Coix Semen based on DNA barcoding technique |

| Abstract: | Objective: Through the comparison of five DNA barcoding of Chinese Coix Semen and imported Coix Semen, to investigate the genotypic difference between them. Method: Amplify ITS2, psbA-trnH, rbcL, matK and ITS of two Coix Semen, then analyze their DNA sequence. Result: The PCR and sequencing success rate of the five regions was 100%, and there is no site difference between Chinese Coix Semen and imported Coix Semen. Conclusion: The genetic relationship of Chinese Coix Semen and imported Coix Semen is presumed to be very close, so the imported Coix Semen may sometimes be substituded for Chinese Coix Semen. |
