| 摘 要： | 目的对比观察加味桂枝芍药知母汤治疗寒湿入络型结节性红斑的临床疗效。方法将2016年11月—2017年12月黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院皮肤科收治的70例寒湿入络型结节性红斑患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组(35例)与对照组(35例),其中治疗组患者采用加味桂枝芍药知母汤治疗,对照组患者采用雷公藤多苷片治疗,对比观察治疗4周后两组患者的皮损评分及临床·疗效。结果治疗4周后,治疗组患者的皮损评分为(2.83±2.66)分,对照组患者的皮损评分为(5.94±3.83)分,两组对比采用t′检验,t′=3.946, P0. 01,差异具有统计学意义;治疗4周后,治疗组患者中痊愈14例、显效11例、有效8例、无效2例、总有效率为94.3%,对照组患者中痊愈7例、显效10例、有效8例、无效10例、总有效率为71.4%,两组对比采用等级资料的秩和检验,mann-whitney U=409. 000, Z=-2.480,P=0.013,P0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论加味桂枝芍药知母汤可有效缓解寒湿入络型结节性红斑的疼痛,促进红斑的消退,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
