| 摘 要： | 摘 要1例54岁男性患者,因“左踝骨骨折术后红肿1周”入院,诊断为术后感染。患者在抗感染过程中2次出现药物过敏现象,临床药师通过专业知识协助医师调整治疗方案,减少了患者用药风险,为患者的最终治愈提供帮助。

Pharmacological Practice of Clinical Pharmacists in the Treatment of a Recurrent Allergy Patient with Postoperative Infection after an Open Fracture Surgery |

| Abstract: | ABSTRACTA 54 year old male patient was admitted to hospital for "one week afterleft ankle fracture operation with redness and swelling" and diagnosed as postoperative infection. In the course of anti infection, drug induced allergy occurred twice. Clinical pharmacists assisted doctors in adjusting the treatment plan through professional knowledge, which reduced the risk of drug use and provided help for the final cure of the patient. |
