On the Main Operation Modes of the Execution Convergence in the Field of Food and Drug

Objective:To solve the problems of inefficiencies and chaos in the current executions in the field of food and drug and to further explore the operation modes that can be widely promoted throughout the country. Methods:Relevant literatures were reviewed, and the local representative operation modes were systematically analyzed combined with the existing modes so as to extract the convergence procedure that can be promoted nationwide. Results:The "food and drug + public security" cooperation mechanism was adhered to, the construction of the "convergence of the two laws" information platform system was enhanced, and a comprehensive case handling mode was suggested by expert committee for major, complex and difficult cases in order to guarantee efficiency of executions. Conclusion:Promotion of the comprehensive mode nationwide should be explored so as to establish a long-term mechanism to suppress crimes in the field of food and drug.
