摘    要:目的 探讨螺旋CT増强扫描使用密苏里? XD 2001 CT-高压注射器注射碘对比剂过程中重要环节的控制。方法 2018年1月至6月江苏省肿瘤医院影像科使用GE公司lightspeed VCT 64排螺旋CT和密苏里? XD 2001 CT-高压注射器进行CT增强扫描患者。将2018年1月至3月CT增强扫描患者8 263例设为对照组,分析检查过程中高压注射器报警和碘对比剂外渗的原因,成立质量持续改进小组,制定评估、静脉留置针穿刺和高压注射流程,组织相关培训和考核,并应用于后续的检查中(2018年4月至6月检查8 920例,设为观察组)。比较两组患者高压注射器报警率、碘对比剂外渗率。结果 实施环节质量控制后,高压注射器报警率由8.79%下降到3.34%(P<0.05);碘对比剂外渗率由0.42%下降到0.27%(P>0.05)。结论 实施重点环节质量控制有利于患者CT增强扫描顺利、安全的进行。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the key points in the process of iodine contrast agent injection for spiral CT enhanced scan by using the MissouriTM XD 2001 CT-high pressure syringe. Methods From January to June 2018, the Department of Radiology, Jiangsu Cancer Hospital used GE"s lightspeed VCT 64-row spiral CT and MissouriTM XD 2001 CT-high pressure syringe for CT-enhanced scanning. From January to March 2018, 8263 patients in Jiangsu Cancer Hospital who received CT-enhanced scan were included in the control group. The reasons for high-pressure syringe alarm and iodine contrast agent extravasation were analyzed. The quality continuous improvement group was established where venous indwelling needle puncture and high pressure being improved. The injection process, organization of relevant training and assessment, and applied to subsequent inspections were adopted to 8920 cases who examined from April to June 2018 (observation groups). The incidence rates of high-pressure syringe alarm and iodine contrast agent extravasation were compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of quality control, the high-pressure syringe alarm rate decreased from 8.79% to 3.34% (P<0.05). The iodine contrast agent extravasation rate decreased from 0.42% to 0.27% (P>0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality control in key links is important to the safety of CT scanning.
