关于传统中医药文化融入医学生人文素质培养中的思考

在医学生人文素质培养过程中，传统中医药文化传承存在“偏广度轻深度、偏院校轻师承、偏理论轻实践、偏专业轻人文、偏继承轻创新”五个方面的问题。该文指出传统中医药文化融入医学生人文素质培养中将有利于提高职业忠诚度，提升学生综合素养，传承中医药文化，建议从“增加传统中医药文化相关的必修课程、开设传统中医药文化相关的选修课程、创新传统中医药文化传授的方式、建立相关传统中医药文化的社团组织、实践中医药特色创业项目和营造传统中医药文化校园氛围”着手，将传统中医药文化融入到医学生人文素质培养中，充分挖掘传统中医药文化的核心价值，传承创新，培养出高素质的综合性医药人才。

Integration of traditional Chinese Medicine culture into the cultivation of humanistic quality for medical students

In the process of humanistic quality cultivating for medical students, there are a few problems in the heritage of traditional Chinese Medicine which are focusing on the aspects of the theories and specialty but the practice, humanity and innovation. This article will discuss the integration of traditional Chinese Medicine culture into the cultivation of humanistic quality for medical students in terms of professional loyalty and comprehensive quality improvement and inherit the culture of traditional Chinese Medicine as well. It is suggested that we should begin with the setting of compulsory and elective courses related to traditional Chinese Medicine cultureand the establishment of the association of traditional Chinese Medicine culture. The traditional Chinese Medicine culture will be integrated into the cultivation of the humanistic quality for medical students with the core value of traditional Chinese Medicine culture being inherited.
