粘毛黄芩全草的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的 研究粘毛黄芩Scutellaria viscidula全草的化学成分。方法 通过硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及高效制备薄层色谱等方法对粘毛黄芩中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据对其化学结构进行阐明。结果 从粘毛黄芩全草95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了22个化合物,分别鉴定为5-羟基-7,8-二甲氧基黄酮(1)、白杨素(2)、5,7-二甲氧基黄酮(3)、5,7,4''-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(4)、5,7,4''-三羟基黄酮(5)、5,7,2''-三羟基-8-甲氧基黄酮(6)、5,7-二羟基-8,2''-二甲氧基黄酮(7)、5,7,2''-三羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮(8)、5-羟基-6,7,8-三甲氧基黄酮(9)、5,6,7-三甲氧基黄酮(10)、3,5-二甲氧基-6,7-亚甲二氧基黄酮(11)、5,2''-二羟基-7,8,6''-三甲氧基黄酮(12)、5,2''-二羟基-7,8,6''-三甲氧基二氢黄酮(13)、5,7-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(14)、7-甲氧基白杨素(15)、2''-羟基-5,7,8-三甲氧基黄酮(16)、阿魏酸(17)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(18)、对羟基苯甲醛(19)、3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(20)、6-甲氧基-7-羟基香豆素(21)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(22)。结论 化合物13~161820为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Scutellaria viscidula. Methods By means of preparative HPTLC and column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, the chemical constituents were isolated and purified. Their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectral analyses. Results A total of 22 compounds were isolated and identified as:5-hydroxy-7,8-dimethoxyflavone (1), chrysin (2), 5,7-dimethoxyflavone (3), 5,7,4''-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone (4), 5,7,4''-trihydroxyflavonoid (5), 5,7,2''-trihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone (6), 5,7-dihydroxy-8,2''-dimethoxyflavone (7), 5,7,2''-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavanone (8), 5-hydroxy-6,7,8-trimethoxyflavone (9), 5,6,7-trimethoxyflavone (10), 3,5-dimethoxy-6,7-methylenedioxyflavone (11), 5,2''-dihydroxy-7,8,6''-trimethoxyflavone (12), 5,2''-dihydroxy-7,8,6''-trimethoxyflavanone (13), 5,7-dimethoxyflavanone (14), 7-methoxy-chrysin (15), 2''-hydroxy-5,7,8-trimethoxyflavone (16), ferulic acid (17), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (18), p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde (19), 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid (20), 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-coumarin (21), 6,7-dihydroxyl-coumarin (22). Conclusion Compounds 1, 3-16, 18 and 20 are isolated from Scutellaria viscidula for the first time.
