| 摘 要： | 目的改进肺孢子虫染色效果,提高肺孢子虫肺炎的诊断水平.方法给SD大鼠皮下注射地塞米松磷酸钠建立肺孢子虫动物模型,制作肺组织印片,采用改良六亚甲基四胺银进行染色,油镜观察.结果染色效果良好,肺孢子虫包囊结构清晰可辨.结论本方法改进了肺孢子虫染色方法,操作简便易行,效果良好,值得推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the effect of Gormori methenamine silver(GMS) staining Pneumocystis cysts and the level of diagnosis in Pneumocystis pneumonia(PCP).Methods Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were subcutaneously injected with dexamethasone sodium phosphate.The lung print smear was observed after staining with GMS.Results The effect of the stain was excellect.The structure of the cyst was seen clearly.Conclusions The method of the GMS staining may improve the effect of staining cysts and it is valuable to use extensively. |
