尘肺患者的期望寿命及死因探讨

目的：探讨尘肺患者的期望寿命及死因。方法：用寿命表法对贵州省冶金系统尘肺患者的期望寿命进行研究，并分析其死因。结果：尘肺患者随年龄增大，死亡机率增加，期望寿命缩短，平均死亡年龄明显低于一般人群；６０岁以上死亡的尘肺患者，随年代延长，所占百分比不断升高；尘肺合并结核在整个死因中占首位。结论用寿命表随访观察的方法能较客观地反映出尘肺患者不同阶段死亡的可能性。

Investigation of the Life Expectancy and the Cause of Death in Pneumoconiosis Patients

Objective] To investigate the expectancy and the cause of death in pneumoconiosis patients.Methods] The methods of life table were used to study the life expectancy and to analyze the cause of death in pneumoconiosis patients who come from the metallurgical system of Gui Zhou Province.Results] The mortality of pneumoconiosis patients was increasing and their life expectancy was shortened with the age increase.The average age of death was lower in pneumoconiosis patients than that in normal control people.The mortality of pneumoconiosis patients whose death was over sixty years also increased with the age increased.The first cause of death was the pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied in pneumoconiosis patients.Conclusion] The methods of life table could more objectively reflect the life expectancy in pneumoconiosis patients.
