| 摘 要： | 为观察骨疏康治疗老年颈椎病合并骨质疏松症的疗效,选择50例老年颈椎病合并骨质疏松症患者,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组20例.治疗组用骨疏康(辽宁东港康辰医药发展有限公司生产)治疗,每次10g,每天2次;对照组用颈复康(河北承德中药集团有限责任公司生产)治疗,每次6g,每天2次.疗程均为6个月.分别观测两组患者治疗前后临床症状改善情况,X线表现、骨密度、血清钙磷变化情况,两组比较,进行疗效分析,结果显示两组均有治疗作用,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).表明骨疏康对老年颈椎病合并骨质疏松症有良好疗效.

| Abstract: | In order to observe the therapeutic effect of "GU SHU KANG" (GSK) on senile cervical spondylosis with osteoporosis (SCSO), 50 cases of SCSO were randomly divided into the treated group (n=30 cases) and the control group (n=20 cases), which were treated for 6 months by GSK (10 g twice a day) and by "JING FU KANG" (6 g twice a day), respectively; the improvements of the clinical symptoms and the changes of the X-ray findings, BMD and serum calcium and phosphote level of the two groups were measured and compared before and after the treatment; and the therapeutic effects were analyzed. The results showed that both groups obtained the therapeutic effects; but the treated had an advantage over the control in the therapeutic effect (P < 0.05), suggesting that GSK produces a good therapeutic effect on senile SCSO. |
