摘    要:目的:观察瑶医特色庞桶药浴散剂对动物产生的皮肤过敏反应和急性毒性反应,评价其安全性。方法:通过对豚鼠皮肤过敏实验及时家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤的急性毒性实验进行常规毒理学观察和指标检测。结果:庞桶药浴散剂和55%乙醇均未引起豚鼠皮肤出现红斑、水肿等过敏反应,而DNCB具有高度的致敏性;庞桶药浴散剂在外用时对完整皮肤家兔和破损皮肤家兔的行为活动、饮食、皮毛光泽和体重无任何影响,先后观察7d内无家兔死亡,未出现任何急性毒性反应。结论:庞桶药浴散剂无明显致毒作用,属安全制剂。

Abstract:Purpose: Watch"Pang barrel"bath particles of animal drugs produced acute toxicity, to evaluate its safety. Method:Through the skin of guinea pigs and rabbits with experimental allergic skin and damaged skin integrity acute toxicity of routine toxicology testing observation and indicators. Result:"Pang barrels of'drug-bath particles and 55 % ethanol in guinea pig skin did not cause erytherna, edema, such as allergic reactions, and DNCB are highly allergenic; "Pang barrels of"dipping in the external granular skin on the integrity of the damaged skin of rabbits and rabbits with the conduct of activities, restaurants, fur shiny and without any effect on body weight, 7d observation has no rabbits died, without any acute toxicity. Conclusion:" Pang barrel" medicated bath particles induced no significant toxicity, which is the security agents.
