Clinical Effect of Breast-conserving Surgery in the Treatment of Early Breast Cancer and Its Value in Reducing Postoperative Complications

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of breast-conserving surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer and to analyze the value of in reducing postoperative complications.Methods:88 patients with early breast cancer admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research object and divided into conventional radical mastectomy group(39 cases)and breast-conserving surgery group(49 cases).The surgical indexes,the excellent rate of breast repair effect and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients with early breast cancer.Results:The average operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and postoperative drainage volume of the breast-conserving group were significantly better than those of the conventional radical mastectomy group(P<0.05);The excellent rate of breast repair effect in the breast-conserving group(75.5%)was higher than that in the conventional radical mastectomy group(56.4%)(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the breast-conserving group(10.2%)was lower than that in the conventional radical mastectomy group(30.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional radical mastectomy for breast cancer,breast-conserving surgery has the characteristics of shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss and less postoperative drainage,and the breast repair effect and the cosmetic effect are good,which is conducive to reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,suitable for the treatment of early and early breast cancer,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
