Clinical Efficacy of Carboprost Tromethamine Combined with Carboprost Methyl Ester Suppository in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective:To study and analyze the final therapeutic effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with carboprost methyl ester suppository in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:Seventy patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to a hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and research group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral misoprostol tablets and intramuscular injection of oxytocin,and the research group was treated with carboprost tromethamine combined with carboprost methyl ester suppository,then the final therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Comparing the postpartum indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,it was found that the actual situation of the research group was better than that of the control group.At the same time,comparing the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment,it was found that the total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carboprost tromethamine combined with carboprost methyl ester suppository has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.This treatment scheme can not only promote uterine contraction and the third stage of labor,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Therefore,it is worthy of wide application and promotion in modern clinical medicine.
