重症肺心病患者应用低分子肝素钠治疗的疗效、凝血功能及GMP-140分析

摘    要:目的:探讨重症肺心病患者应用低分子肝素钠治疗的疗效、凝血功能及GMP-140分析。方法:将2017年5月30日~2019年5月30日在某院心血管科就诊的120例患有重症肺心病患者作为本次临床试验的研究对象,对120例重症肺心病患者应用随机数字分配法进行随机分为试验组和对照组各60例,对照组主要采用重症肺心病的常规治疗方式进行治疗,试验组主要在常规肺心病治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素钠进行治疗,观察两组重症肺心病患者的治疗疗效、凝血功能以及GMP-140等情况。结果:研究结果表示,应用低分子肝素钠治疗的试验组患者的治疗有效率为81.67%明显高于常规治疗的对照组患者51.67%;试验组凝血功能的改变情况明显优于对照组;试验组患者的血浆粘度、红细胞压积、高切全血粘度和低切全血粘度的改善情况明显优于对照组,两组结果存在显著差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过研究发现,针对重症肺心病患者,采用低分子肝素钠治疗具有非常好的临床疗效,能有效提高患者的凝血功能,提高患者的治疗效果,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy,coagulation function and GMP-140 analysis of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)sodium in the treatment of patients with severe cor pulmonale.Methods:120 patients with severe cor pulmonale who were admitted to a hospital from May 30,2017 to May 30,2019 were selected as the subjects of this clinical trial.A total of 120 patients with severe cor pulmonale were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by the random number distribution method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was mainly treated with the routine treatment of severe cor pulmonale,and the experimental group was treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium on the basis of routine cor pulmonale treatment,then the clinical effects,coagulation function and GMP-140 of patients with severe cor pulmonale were observed.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 81.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(51.67%).The changes of coagulation function in experimental group were better than those in control group;Blood viscosity,hematocrit,high cut whole blood viscosity and low cut whole blood viscosity in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is found that LMWH sodium therapy has a very good clinical effect for patients with severe cor pulmonale,which can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients,improve the treatment effect of patients,and is worthy of extensive clinical application.
